Standard shipping takes 3 to 5 working days. You should add an extra 5 days for International shipping. We will keep you updated with tracking information.

RETURN POLICY & PROCESS

We think that life is complicated enough. That’s why we try to simplify the return and exchange process and make it as easy and fast as possible. This is what you need to know:

Return policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 15 days of the purchase date for a full refund or an exchange by following the return process.

 

 

Return process

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us here within 15 days of the delivery date and we will be happy to process a request for return.

  1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  2. We must validate the return before you send us the product back. This is the only way to get a refund.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to an additional 3 to 5 business days for your refund (less shipping costs) to be posted to your credit card or PayPal account.

  4. To return your product, you should mail your product to: 7 Tower close, SE20 8NH. Customers are responsible for (1) the return shipping charges and (2) the product until we receive it back. Therefore, we recommend you to use a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

If you want to exchange a product, the procedure is the same than for a return, but instead of refunding the price of your order, we would send you the new product. If the reason of the exchange is a flaw in the product, we will take care of the new shipping costs. In any other cases, as a general rule, we would charge you the new shipping costs, but we would consider each case individually and decide ad hoc.
